Q: Are these really NEW books?
A: Yes, we ship only brand-new books directly from the publisher.
Q: How long have you been in business?
A: We have been publishing and distributing Dave Argabright’s books since 1999.
Q: When will my book ship?
A: Orders are processed and shipped within one day of your order—on the same day when possible. We work hard to get your book into the USPS system as quickly as possible.
Q: How will my book by packed?
A: We utilize the Multi-D cardboard shipping box especially designed for books. The shipping process is sometimes very hard on books (USPS, UPS, FedEx, all are guilty) and the Multi-D box has proven to best protect a book during shipment. For multi-book orders we use a larger cardboard box.
Q: What are Dave’s books like?
A: Dave is well-known for his personable, engaging writing style. His books have been very popular because they connect so well with the reader. Whether you are an avid reader or someone who only occasionally picks up a book, you’ll find Dave’s books very enjoyable and easy to read.
Q: What if I’m unhappy with my book?
A: If you are not pleased with your transaction or your product, please contact us immediately. Over the past 23 years we have shipped tens of thousands of books and our customer feedback has been extremely positive. We want you to be happy with your purchase and within 30 days we will issue a full refund if needed.
