Shipping Policy
We charge $3.99 for USPS Media Rate shipping for most orders.
We offer USPS Priority Mail shipping for $9.00.
If your order totals $75 or more (excluding tax), shipping via USPS Media Mail is free.
We occasionally feature special prices on shipping that are different than the above amounts.
Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, typically within one day. We ship via USPS Media Mail. We take great pride in carefully packing and protecting your new book, and all orders are shipped in a hardy cardboard BOX to make sure your book arrives in excellent condition. In 20-plus years of shipping Dave's books, our customers have enjoyed an exceptional purchasing and reading experience.
Returns Policy
We will accept the return of any undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds are provided via the same method you paid: check, credit card, etc.
If you're unhappy with your product, please call and let us know. In 20-plus years of publishing we have experienced only a couple of returns; it's our goal that our customers be happy and fully satisfied.
