Shipping Policy
We charge $5.99 for USPS Media Rate shipping for most orders.
We offer USPS Priority Mail shipping for $14.95 per order.
If your order totals $79.95 or more (excluding tax), shipping via USPS Media Mail is free.
We occasionally feature special prices on shipping that are different than the above amounts.
Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, typically within one day. Standard shipping is USPS Media Mail, but we sometimes use UPS based on location. We take great pride in carefully packing and protecting your new book, and all orders are shipped in a hardy cardboard BOX to make sure your book arrives in excellent condition. In 20-plus years of shipping Dave's books, our customers have enjoyed an exceptional purchasing and reading experience.
Returns Policy
We will accept the return of any undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds are provided via the same method you paid: check, credit card, etc.
If you're unhappy with your product, please call and let us know. It's our goal that our customers be happy and fully satisfied.
Indiana Sales Tax
The folks at the Indiana Department of Revenue have made it clear to us that we are liable for sales tax on every order we process, regardless of the customer's location. Thus, we have no choice but to collect sales tax on all orders.
We would prefer not charging sales tax but this issue is beyond our control.
